To send the footage, you can use Google Drive, Dropbox, or any other file-sharing platform that you prefer. If you don’t use any of these, please let us know, and we will send you a Dropbox file request link. You can easily upload all the footage to our server.

Alternatively, you can send the physical hard drive too with return postage paid for.
The turnaround time for video editing depends on two main factors: the amount of footage that needs to be edited and the final edited product.
For a complete wedding video plus a video highlights, the editing process usually takes approximately 4-6 weeks. However, if you only require a highlights reel, it can be completed in 7-10 days.

It’s important to note that the turnaround time may vary depending on our workload. We recommend getting in touch with us directly so we can provide you with a more accurate estimate for your specific project.

Yes sure! We can do urgent editing with our 3 weeks fast-track service for the full video project. Highlights only projects can be done even faster. Please note, the 3 weeks fast-track service comes with 40% premium charges.

We use Adobe Premiere to edit the videos and once the editing is complete, we can provide you with the Adobe Premiere project file containing all add-on files like graphics or music files used in the project. This way, you can put the entire project on the timeline on your PC and review it. You can also make any minor changes yourself.

If you rather prefer exported video files, we are happy to provide them to you as well, so you just need to pass them to your clients.

Our pricing is based on the amount of raw footage needing editing. We charge £200 for the first hour. After that, it’s £35 per additional hour of raw footage editing, covering a full video film and highlights reel.

For custom requirements outside our standard pricing, contact us for a tailored quote based on your specific needs. This transparent pricing structure ensures you get a fair cost estimate for your unique video editing project.

We have created a calculator at the bottom of our webpage to help you estimate the amount of raw footage. To use the calculator, please follow these steps:

1. Find the largest video file in your project and note down its size in GB on your hard drive.
2. Play the video file with any player and check the duration of the video in minutes.
3. Find out the size of your entire project.
4. Enter these details into the calculator and it will give you an approximate amount of footage in terms of hours.

Please keep in mind that the result given by the calculator is a good estimate and the exact amount of raw footage can only be determined once we put the project on a timeline.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to assist you.
